Most people intuitively know that being focused has power. If you spread your attention and efforts across many things, you can make incremental progress, but you will never achieve greatness. The mistaken idea that we can multi-task doesn’t help our results. Splitting our attention across divergent tasks lowers our effectiveness and productivity. Don’t believe me?
